Application Form

The Association consists of FULL Members, ASSOCIATE Members & AFFILIATE Members.

A. Full Members (*)

• Private Operators carrying out a trade and operating aircraft for the purpose of business travel in conncection with that trade;
• Commercial Operators managing business aircraft on behalf of their owners and/or placing by way of trade on a commercial basis aircraft at the disposal of other enterprises for the purpose of their business travel;
• National Organisations representing Private and/or Commercial Operators as defined above.

(*) Only Full Members have the right to vote

B. Associate Members
Companies or similar organisations concerned with the manufacture or the provision of services for Commercial and Private Business Aircraft Operators, and natural or legal persons who do not fall within the categories of membership in A and C.

C. Affiliate Members
Only for associations and similar bodies sharing the objectives of the EBAA.

Annual Fees (payable per calendar year, in Euros)

A. Full Members

Members operating one or two piston-engine or VLJ aircraft or one turbine powered aircraft under 5,700kgs (12,500 lbs) MTOW each, and operating no other aircraft:	1.100 Euros
Members operating fewer than five aircraft, each under 5,700 kgs (12,500 lbs) MTOW, or Members operating one or two aircraft each above 5,700 kgs (12,500 lbs) MTOW:	2.050 Euros
Members operating a fleet of aircraft in excess of the above:	2.700 Euros

B. Associate Members

Manufacturers:	1.500 Euros
Miscellaneous:	1.170 Euros
Small business outside ECAC Countries and < 5 persons:	500 Euros

Additional Address

Service offered to any Member wishing for more than one office / branch / location to also receive all mailings for an additional sum (administrative fee): per address:

250 Euros

Members residing in Belgium must add 21% VAT to the above amounts.
