Why become an EBAA Member?

By becoming an EBAA Member,

1.	You take part in regulation decision making; the EBAA is the only voice recognised by the European Authorities to represent Business Aviation! Legislation currently under discussion and new envisaged regulations could drastically limit Business Aviation activities. as the only representative of Business Aviation recognised by the European Authorities,the EBAA ensures that Business Aviation's interests in Europe are represented during legislative processes concerning Civil Aviation Transport. EBAA's experts monitor and influence the regulations drafted by the European Institutions such as the European Commission, JAA's/EASA, ECAC and Eurocontrol.
2.	You get detailed and practical information on regional and international issues! EBAA Members receive up-to-date information on essential issues via Intelligence Reports (accessible to Members only) on the EBAA website. All Members also receive our Newsletters, policy papers and Codes of Conduct, copies of the "Who's Who in the EBAA" which includes information about EBAA Members and represents a very useful tool for business contacts. Members also receive a free trial subscription to BART International Magazine. The information provided to Members covers regional and international regulations and covers issues such as air navigation and airport charges, airport and airspace access, congestion, environment, Single European Sky, SESAR, security, safety, etc…
3.	Through EBAA, you can gain access to the International Business Aviation Council (IBAC) and ICAO! EBAA is a founding Member of the International Business Aviation Council (IBAC), through which Members interests are represented at ICAO, ensuring global recognition of BusAv as a vital part of the Air Transportation infrastructure. The "International Standard for Business Aviation Operations - IS-BAO".
